The PowerMix can often replace two mixers in a process. A PowerMix Planetary Mixer has two blades on one axis: a planetary blade and a high-speed disperser blade.
The planetary blade constantly feeds material into the high shear zone of the circling high-speed disperser. In most processes, the PowerMix planetary cuts the mixing
cycle time by 50% or more.
